Jenkins All Terrain LLC provides land clearing, forestry mulching, grading, excavation, gravel driveway installation and repair, bush hogging, turnkey site work, stump grinding, materials hauling, and hydroseeding to residential landowners in China Grove, Landis, Salisbury, Kannapolis, Concord, Mooresville, Statesville, and surrounding areas of North Carolina.
Descriptions of services on this Site are for general information only. They do not guarantee that a specific service, timeline, or result is available for your property.

We will arrange a public utility locate (811) where required. However, Jenkins All Terrain is not responsible for damage to unmarked, mismarked, private, or inaccurately located underground lines, structures, or improvements that were not disclosed to us in writing before work began.
Land work depends on weather and ground conditions. Rain, saturated ground, frozen ground, equipment breakdown, permit delays, and access problems can move a start or completion date. We will keep you informed, but dates given in an estimate are good-faith projections, not guarantees. Jenkins All Terrain is not liable for losses resulting from delays outside our reasonable control.
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Jenkins All Terrain about your inquiry, estimate, or active project. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
We may photograph or video job sites before, during, and after work for documentation, quality control, portfolio, and marketing purposes, including our website gallery and social media. Photos will not identify your specific street address without your permission. If you prefer that images of your property not be used publicly, tell us in writing before work begins and we will honor that request.
Any photos, videos, reviews, or descriptions you send us may be used by Jenkins All Terrain for marketing purposes unless you tell us otherwise. You confirm you have the right to share anything you send us.

Service offerings, service areas, and pricing information on this Site may change without notice. We reserve the right to decline any project, including projects outside our service radius, beyond our equipment capability, or where site conditions present an unacceptable safety risk.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rowan County, North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Jenkins All Terrain LLC regarding the Site.
